On the 14th of July, 1923, the plaintiffs were the owners of the oil, gas, and other minerals in place on, in, and under 3 1/3 acres of land, approximately 56 feet in width at one end, and approximately 36 feet in width at the other end, and 3,190 feet in length, situated in Navarro county, Tex.
