Each of the insurance companies (plaintiffs in error) issued and delivered to the Jacksonville Oil Mill (defendant in error) a policy insuring it against loss by fire of the use and occupancy of a cotton seed oil mill at Jacksonville, Tex., for a term expiring March 31, 1922.
