Of the evidence herein it is enough to say that there was testimony that Steinberg had said that during 1921 he did acquire more money by dealing in illicit liquor than the amount which he reported as his income for that year; but there was no evidence sufficient to go to the jury tending to show that he had received any particular or specified number of dollars as such gains.
