This is a petition to superintend and revise in matter of law an order in bankruptcy proceedings in which it was directed that there be set apart to the bankrupt a homestead exemption to the extent of $1,000, and no more, in realty claimed by him. The bankrupt brings the petition, contending that he is entitled, not to $1,000 in value of the property claimed by him as exempt, but to the entire property claimed, which was admittedly worth $5...
