Appellant (for convenience hereafter designated as plaintiff) brought this action in the District Court of the United States for the District of Nebraska, Omaha Division, against the county treasurer of Dakota county, Neb., to restrain the collection of certain taxes assessed for the benefit of school district No. 11, in said county, upon a part of plaintiff's bridge and approach thereto across the Missouri river at or near South Sioux City...
