Alleging deviation from the stipulated voyage the appellant brought a libel in personam against the appellee to recover $200,000 for loss of 2,500 tons of sodium nitrate, shipped from Iquique and Antofagasta for Honolulu on the Japanese steamer Tokuyo Maru.
