HUNT, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from an order dismissing a petition for writ of habeas corpus filed on behalf of a Chinese woman, ordered deported upon the ground that she had been found practicing prostitution after her entry into the United States.

Quock So Mui applied for admission to the United States at San Francisco on September 2, 1916, claiming to be the wife of Chew Hoy Quong, a merchant. Admission was denied. On appeal the order was affirmed...
