January 21, 1926, the Electrical Construction Company filed its libel against the boat, claiming $3,600.97 for labor and materials furnished the boat in repairs. A claim was interposed on February 8th by Rose Stein, and bond given. On the same day an answer was filed, setting up that the party in possession of the boat was in such possession...
