Douglass petitions for a revision of an order of the District Court, denying an order to show cause and dissolving a preliminary injunction and restraining order (section 24b of the Bankruptcy Act [Comp. St. § 9608]), and also appeals from the said order.

His petition sets up that he is a creditor of Russell O. Douglass, adjudged a voluntary bankrupt on May 22, 1924; that after adjudication in bankruptcy the creditors of a partnership...
