Appellee as owner of Letters Patent No. 1,228,515 granted for Improvements in Snubbers to William N. Barrett on June 5, 1917. and of reissued Letters Patent No. 15,197, for Improvements in Shock Absorbers, granted to Harry Cross on September 20, 1921, obtained a decree, from which this appeal has been taken, adjudging that appellant had infringed upon appellee's rights by making, using and selling shock absorbers embodying said patented inventions...
