HUTCHESON, District Judge.
This is a suit before a three-judge court, brought to restrain the county attorney and the authorities of the state of Texas from prosecuting the plaintiff for pursuing the business of handling fish without securing a wholesale dealers' license, as provided by the statutes of Texas, and paying the tax on products handled by them as such wholesale dealers.
