The plaintiff, the town of Conway, brought this action for a mandatory injunction to compel the defendant the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company to cease operating its trains along Main street in the town, from Second avenue to a point between Fifth and Sixth avenues, where the track leaves the street, and to remove its track from the street between the points named.
