This cause concerns itself with one phase of the enforcement of the National Prohibition Law (Comp. St. § 10138¼ et seq). This law primarily forbids the business of selling intoxicating liquors for beverage purposes. Alcohol is widely used for other than beverage purposes. A supply of it must be thus obtainable.
