This is a suit to establish the rights of the plaintiff in the war risk insurance of one Leroy W. Harrington. It was heard in open court. The facts are as follows:

The plaintiff married Harrington on March 3, 1914, and they lived together as husband and wife until 1916. The insurance in question was issued while he was in the Army, and he died in the service in February, 1919. The plaintiff's interest in the insurance as his widow was...
