This is an appeal from an order of the lower court overruling the appellant's application to be appointed as sole administrator of the estate of Thomas Pappas, deceased, and appointing the appellee as administrator thereof. The decedent was a Greek citizen who died intestate in the city of Washington on March 5, 1925, leaving a personal estate amounting to about $15,000.
