This is a libel of information against the British steam screw Gemma, praying condemnation and forfeiture for violations of the customs laws of the United States.

The Gemma had a certificate of British registry, issued at Montreal, P. Q., Canada, on the 7th day of July, 1922. She is 135.6 feet in length and 321.44 gross tonnage.

Coast Guard patrol boat No. 231 was at anchor on the night of January 6, 1926, in the Sakonnet river...
