The lands described in the bill of complaint, which are situated in Becker county, Minn., were, prior to the 21st day of July, 1902, allotted to Shay-now-e-gwon-abe, a full-blood male Chippewa Indian of the White Earth Reservation, and on that date the United States issued to said allottee its trust patent for this allotment, which was recorded in the office of the register of deeds of Becker county, Minn., in Book 28, p. 29.
