The defendant was adjudicated a bankrupt, and his trustee in bankruptcy filed a petition before the referee in bankruptcy, alleging that the bankrupt was concealing $20,000 belonging to his estate. The referee ordered the bankrupt to show cause why he should not pay this sum to the trustee.
