The original petition alleges that plaintiff purchased from defendants 40 acres of land and agreed to pay therefor $4,400, of which $2,200 was immediately paid and the balance secured by vendor's lien notes; that the land was desert in character, and without a sufficient supply of water for the purpose of irrigation its value did not exceed $200; that the inducement to plaintiff to purchase was an agreement by defendants to drill a well and irrigate...
