Mr. Robert E. Moore, a resident and citizen of Nebraska, and the owner of a large amount of valuable real and personal property, died testate on December 6, 1921, leaving many heirs at law. His will, by which he devised and bequeathed all his property, was duly probated in the state of Nebraska on January 27, 1922. By that will he devised and bequeathed to his widow, Mrs. Emily J.
