After conviction, the plaintiff in error Means sued out this writ of error and alone seeks a review of the judgment rendered, convicting both defendants on an indictment charging them with violation of section 37 of the United States Criminal Code (Comp. St. § 10201). The indictment charges "that during the period of time from November 1, 1921, to December 31, 1922, there was a great quantity of intoxicating liquors, to wit, 50 barrels...
