This is an appeal from an order dismissing a creditor's bill. Plaintiff is trustee for the stockholders of the National Bank of Commerce in St. Paul, which formerly did business at that place, but later was consolidated with another bank. Defendant Midland Packing Company is a corporation for profit, organized in May, 1918, under the laws of the state of Iowa.
