This writ of error challenges the legality of the proceedings in the court below prior to and at the trial of the defendant Ingram under an indictment for receiving, storing, and concealing a Ford coupé moving as a part of interstate commerce, knowing the same to be stolen, in violation of section 4 of chapter 89 of 41 Statutes at Large, p. 325 (Comp.
