The plaintiff in error conducts tours and cruises to various parts of the globe. It conducted a Mediterranean cruise in the late winter and spring of 1923 on the ship Rotterdam, and contracted with the defendant in error that for $4,800 he and his wife were entitled to all the pleasures, comforts, and benefits of the cruise.
