This suit has been submitted upon a motion to dismiss the plaintiff's bill. The plaintiff, a corporation organized under the laws of Maine, brought suit against the city of Lincoln, Neb., and against the controlling officers of the city, who are charged with the administration of its ordinances. The prayer of the bill is for the issuance of an injunction permanently restraining the defendants from engaging in the business of selling gasoline...
