Plaintiffs in error, defendants below, were joined in an indictment containing three counts. The first count charged the sale of 100 grains, more or less, of smoking opium to one William H. Pryor on the 10th day of March, 1920. The second count charged the unlawful importation of the same opium. The third count charged the unlawful concealment of the same opium.
