The plaintiffs in this action, who were and are engaged at the city of Sugar Land, in the state of Texas, in refining and selling sugar, in April, 1920, sold to the defendant, a corporation of the state of Missouri doing business in the city of St. Louis, 6,600 bags of refined granulated sugar at specified prices to be delivered in the state of Missouri at places named during the months of May and June, 1920.
