Upon a voluntary petition, an adjudication of bankruptcy was entered on January 20, 1925, and the matter was referred to Referee Hill. The bankrupt having filed a petition for discharge, specifications of objection were filed by the petitioner, Caroline Plant Trachtenberg, which were duly referred to Referee Hill as special master under General Order XII.
