This is a suit to restrain the alleged infringement of United States patent No. 1,429,207 to Koppelman and Cooper. The defendant Winfield H. Mapes Company not only denies invention and infringement, but counterclaims for alleged infringement of United States patent No. 1,026,359 to Miller, under which it purports to manufacture its device.
