Theodore L. Youngers, hereinafter called plaintiff, brought this action against the Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railway Company, a corporation, hereinafter called Railway Company, to recover damages for personal injuries. From a verdict and judgment for plaintiff, the Railway Company sued out a writ of error to this court.
