This is an action to recover on a war risk insurance policy by the widow and beneficiary of her husband, who was killed in the war. The policy is for $10,000. The United States ceased making payments thereunder on the ground that plaintiff lived openly and notoriously in illicit cohabitation with one John A. Boyd, and that under the provisions of the Act of October 6, 1917, § 22 (Comp. St. 1918, Comp. St. Ann. Supp. 1919, § 514 mmm...
