The above-entitled suit was instituted in the New Jersey Court of Chancery on August 23, 1924, by Maurice I. Klein, who, in the affidavit supporting his bill of complaint, describes himself as "a citizen and resident of the state of New Jersey," and the defendant Wilson & Co., Inc., as "a corporation duly organized and existing (under?) and by virtue of the laws of the state of New York."
