Appellant, Mary M. Lee, filed a bill in equity in the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia seeking the partition and delivery to her of certain family relies and heirlooms alleged to belong to her husband's estate. From a decree dismissing the bill, this appeal is prosecuted.
