This is an action brought to recover damages alleged to have been sustained by plaintiff by reason of depreciation in value and loss of market of a shipment of flour laden on board the steamship Panola, due to delay in delivery at the port of destination. It is alleged in the complaint that the plaintiff delivered on August 31, 1921, to defendant, a common carrier, certain sacks of flour in good order and condition...
