This suit is brought upon a certificate of insurance issued by the respondent to the libelant on September 21, 1920, insuring seven cases of films shipped by libelant on board the steamship Sylvia Victoria of the Ocean Steamship Company, to be carried from New York to Barcelona, Spain.
