Plaintiffs in error, together with 18 others, were jointly indicted in the District Court for violating sections 215 and 37 of the Criminal Code (Comp. St. §§ 10385, 10201). The indictment contains 19 counts, the first 18 charging violations of section 215 and the nineteenth a conspiracy to violate that section.
