An injunction was issued, restraining the parties from proceeding in the state court, and upon appeal the Circuit Court of Appeals held that there was a separable controversy as to the Savannah River Lumber Company, which could be removed, and that the interests of the defendant W. B. Gruber and of the plaintiff...
