These cases are here on appeal from final decrees of the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia against appellants White, as Treasurer of the United States, and Miller, as Alien Property Custodian, defendants below, in which White, as Treasurer, is required, in cases numbered 4202, 4204, 4206, 4208, 4217, 4219, 4221, 4223, 4225, 4227, and 4229, to pay to the plaintiff in each case certain sums of money out of funds in the treasury...
