This is a patent infringement suit, based on United States letters patent 1,490,468. The patent sued on was issued April 15, 1924, to one Otto J. Kuhlke, and by him assigned to the plaintiff. Claims 1, 6, 14, 15, and 18 only are in issue. Defendant's answer sets up that claims 1, 14, and 15 are now in issue in an interference proceeding in the Patent Office between a pending application of Peter De Mattia and Kuhlke's unexpired patent...
