The Federal Trade Commission asks this court to enforce an order it has made against the Thatcher Manufacturing Company, the respondent, commanding it to cease and desist from the ownership and control of the assets and properties of three corporations which it obtained through its acquisition of their capital stock, to divest itself of the assets and properties so acquired, and to divest itself of the stock or share capital of a fourth corporation...
