The libelant, the Grays Harbor Stevedore Company, a corporation of the state of Washington, having its place of business at Aberdeen, in the port of Grays Harbor in that state, filed its libel against the government under the Suits in Admiralty Act March 9, 1920, 41 St. L. 525 (Comp.
