PER CURIAM.

Levinson, defendant below, was indicted under section 215 of the Criminal Code (Comp. St. § 10385) on seven counts, each of which charged him with unlawfully using the United States mails in furtherance of a scheme to defraud. Upon the trial five of the counts were dismissed, but upon counts 2 and 6 verdicts of guilty and judgments of conviction were rendered.
