Campbell, against Business Men's Assurance Company of America, plaintiff in error here, to recover the sum of $5,000 upon a policy of accident insurance. It appears from the allegations of the plaintiff's petition that such policy issued to plaintiff's assured on May 9, 1921, and that said assured on October 24, 1922, while the policy was in full force, was killed in a collision...
