This is an appeal from an order granting a discharge in bankruptcy. The appellant filed objections to the discharge which were sustained by the special master. The court overruled the findings of the master. The ground alleged for objecting to the discharge was that the bankrupt had, with fraudulent intent, made false statements for the purpose of obtaining loans of money and renewals of indebtedness from the bank and that such loans and renewals...
