MORRIS, District Judge.
The defendants were called for trial upon criminal informations charging them with the possession of intoxicating liquor. As the three cases depended upon the same evidence, they were to be tried together.
Before calling the jury, a motion was made to quash the search warrant and for the suppression of the evidence obtained by the search and seizure. The motion is as follows:
