St. § 9463) for award and priority as to claims 1, 2, 10, 21, and 22 of United States letters patent No. 1,074,720, issued to Hans Honigmann October 7, 1913. These claims are identical with claims 13 to 17, inclusive, of United States letters patent No. 1,363,200, issued to Wells & Hunter December...
