In this action, brought in a state court, the complaint of one count alleges (1) that in part is failure of the consideration for certain notes and mortgages executed by plaintiff to defendant May Murray, and (2) that by various means in conspiracy defendants have wrongfully deprived plaintiff of certain property including that subject to the mortgages.
