This matter comes before the District Judge on a petition to review a final order of the referee in bankruptcy, which held, in effect, that the cash surrender value of certain life insurance policies on the life of the bankrupt, and in which his wife was beneficiary, were exempt, under the statutes of Tennessee, from the claims of creditors, and therefore dismissing a petition of the trustee of the bankrupt's estate for an order compelling...
