On December 18, 1923, the District Court in an equity suit of W. W. Wilkinson, Trustee in Bankruptcy of the Estate of Walker Grain Company, Bankrupt, v. J. L. Walker, entered a decree in favor of the plaintiff, and against the defendant therein, for $19,000, with interest from November 2, 1918. Walker appealed from that decree to this court, and filed in the District Court a supersedeas bond for $26,000, on which L. P. Robertson was a surety...
