This suit is one for damages in the sum of $10,000 brought by Lenora Little, a citizen of Oklahoma, against Joseph M. Hutchinson, sheriff of Chaffee county, Colo., and the American Surety Company of New York, as surety on his official bond, for injuries sustained by the plaintiff in error on the 8th day of June, 1924, while she was driving through the town of Buena Vista, Chaffee county, Colo.
